Service Questions
Can you redesign an existing website without losing SEO?
Yes. Redesigns carry real SEO risk if not handled correctly — broken redirects, lost metadata, changed URL structures, and reduced page speed are common culprits. We conduct a full SEO audit of your current site before touching anything, preserve all existing equity through proper 301 redirect mapping, and deliver the new site with at minimum the same technical SEO baseline as what it replaced.
What CMS do you recommend?
It depends on your team and content complexity. For marketing-focused sites, we typically recommend Sanity or Contentful for their flexibility and developer experience. For simpler needs, we can configure a lightweight setup with Notion or Markdown-based content. We'll recommend what's right for your use case during the discovery phase — not what's easiest for us to build.
Do you build ecommerce websites?
Yes. We build custom ecommerce experiences using Next.js with Shopify as the commerce backend — combining Shopify's robust product management and checkout with a fully custom front-end that isn't constrained by theme limitations. For complex ecommerce requirements, we also work with Medusa and custom API-driven setups.
How long does a website project take?
A standard marketing website takes 6–10 weeks from discovery to launch. More complex builds with custom functionality, multiple integrations, or large page counts typically run 10–16 weeks. We provide a detailed project timeline with milestones at the start of every engagement so you always know where things stand.
What happens after the website launches?
We don't disappear after launch. We offer ongoing retainers covering performance monitoring, speed optimization, CMS updates, SEO improvements, and new page development as your business grows. Even without an ongoing retainer, you receive full handover documentation and a post-launch review call to make sure your team can manage the site confidently.
